We soon decided we wanted to create a sustainable farm with poultry, ginger, produce, and rabbits produced using organic practises where we could capitalize on the on farm synergies. We try to raise, breed, grow, harvest and butcher all our products on the farm where we can control the quality our customers deserve. We also have commited to preserving heritage animals and plants by selecting the f

inest examples of what our ancestors developed and reproducing them, for posterity, on our farm. We sell our livestock to individual customers at the Woodlands and Eastside Farmers Markets and to the finest chefs in Houston including Justin Yu/Oxheart, Chris Shepherd/Underbelly, Ryan Pera/Revival Market, Adam Dorris/Pax Americana and PJ Stoops Foreign Correispondent.
