We sell pasture raised chickens and Thanksgiving turkeys. We raise pasture raised chickens and bronze turkeys. We also will be selling pigs this year.

We have been busy with life and I have not posted much…so here is what is happening!

I put a picture of our new orphaned piglets for your attention.

UPDATE: Beef is sold out.

Beef. $3.60/lb hanging weight plus processing
( I have a quarter left to sell.)
It goes September 7th to Shreve Meats

Poultry
Chicken. $3.00/lb carcass weight plus $2 a bird processing.
Birds will be processed August 17th

Pork
Pigs $2.50/lb hanging weight plus processing. They go to Link’s October 21st. ( whole and half hog available)

Life has been full of changes this year! One daughter graduated and the other is learning to drive. I started a new job and life is well…different and busy in a new way this summer. Our steers are a month away from butcher and we are not going to do custom beef this year. I apologize for that change, but this year we felt it was easier to send them to producers sooner. If you need beef…please reach out! I know several people who can get you a quarter or half a beef! Pigs will be processed in October at Link’s like last year. Chickens are being raised right now. I know Evan reached out to our existing customers early this spring to see how many you wanted to purchase. Life is changing and we can’t do it all. With all the transitions with our family we thought this was a good year to change gears and do a little less work in the fall. Thank you for your continued support! Reach out to us if you would like to reserve a hog. We sell by halves and whole hogs. Happy 4th of July!

Whew!! Chickens, steers, and pigs all have been harvested. I guess it really does feel like fall. Steer people have their invoices. ( If one didn’t come through message me.)
Pig people I am currently working on scanning and sending those too. My internet and phone isn’t working too well tonight, but I hope to have them sent by tomorrow night. Thank you for another successful growing season. We appreciate your business!
