Looking forward to serving up some Glass Onion goods in person at 'Waves of Sound 2' on 22nd June. Serving up meals from 6pm with local bands playing from 8. Come on down to support and enjoy the club that serves one of the best beaches on the mid 🌊🩵

The winter Mulligatawny Soup obsession continues!
A spicy beef tomato and black rice soup packed with veggies,
capsicum, carrot, celery ✔️✔️✔️.
Delicious served with some mint yoghurt and garlic flatbread- I have been having loads of success with Maggie Beer's simple Flatbread Recipe, it's quick and easy and makes me feel professional 🙂.

Moroccan Chicken & Wedges new in-store in the beautiful Hawthorndene.

The perfect meal for a hot day, pair it with your salad favourites and some toasted pita bread. Lean chicken breast fillets are coated in a Moroccan Almond & Quinoa Crumb with oven baked Sweet Potato Wedges.
All loaded in a tray and ready to reheat in your oven
tip: For super crunchy wedges spread them out on a separate tray and add a sprinkle of olive oil
At 800g/tray feeds 3-4 people

Hi Everyone,
I think it is safe to say that the year has gotten away from me🤣..I know y'all understand!

It has been a great, busy start to the year with heads down in the Glass Onion Kitchen cooking all the food
(and still listening to all the tunes🎶❤️)!

I am so thrilled and grateful to everyone who supported our business and enjoys our meals. I last posted in January and it has taken me 6months to reach the decision that we will no longer be doing meal pick ups from Christies Beach. It has been so great getting to know you all and I hope that you will continue to enjoy your Glass Onion Prep Kitchen favourites available for purchase at our wonderful stockists-

• Grounded on O'Sullivan's Beach Rd, Lonsdale

Happy New Year everybody - we miss seeing all your faces!

I had set the plan of releasing a new menu today but like all things these days, plans have had to change.

The time that hasn't been spent at our own little slice of beach heaven pictured (or breaking up arguments about everything a 7 and 4 year old can find to argue about🙄), has been spent working hard to get our kitchen running smooth and get some new dishes on your plates.

The new menu will be out asap 😊

Oh man I die when the onions start playing peek-a-boo!🖤🖤🖤

Just letting all you lovely folk out there know that this will be our last week taking orders as we head into the Christmas break. We will be back Monday 17th Jan🌻

We will be available for pick ups by appointment this Thursday and Friday- Stock is limited as we clear out the freezer ready to create a new amazing pricelist for what will hopefully be a New Amazing Year! 🤣

It has been a crazy fun November with our youngest member turning four and our oldest turning forty. Capped it off with an awesome weekend down at Victor Harbor- caught a few cheeky sunsrises with the kiddies on holidays - It reminded me of catching the sunrise with my Nanna as a kid on holiday in Tuross Head, N.S.W. 🌊💙
Cheers to everyone who has been part of the celebrations for two awesome humans.

And cheers to everyone who has been patient with me being a bit slower than usual with your Glass Onion fix.

Will be back in the kitchen tomorrow to start getting you all stocked up with your faves.
