After a break from tending flowers, we are enjoying this gorgeous amaryllis.
Garden planning has begun! Perusing seed catalogs, processing some of the seeds we harvested last Fall, and thinking about which flowers to discontinue and which new varieties to add. Stay warm everyone!

800 daffodils and narcissus bulbs planted! Can’t wait to share the blooms in the spring. Oh and this little guy was staring at me with cheeks full of acorns 🐿️
Covered the bulbs with aluminum screen hoping to keep the chipmunks from snacking. Fingers crossed 🤞

Harvested these beauties today to be enjoyed in an Autumn wedding. 🧡

We have been busy planting for the past month. Not an easy job, given the weather. However, things are starting to grow nicely. Yarrow is starting to bloom and we should have snapdragons in a couple of weeks.
If you are interested in a weekly bouquet subscription this summer, you can direct message in Messenger, or email at [email protected]

Until then, enjoy this gorgeous first batch of sweet peas. The flowers are not only delicate and beautiful, but the fragrance is out of this world!

Kicked off the Spring sowing season yesterday! Set some beautiful yellow baptisia in the fridge to chill for a couple of weeks before sowing. Started a multitude of sweet peas for Spring blooms. It’s been a long, snowy second half of winter and we are all looking forward to warmer and sunnier days ahead! ☀️
