The Famous KFC Coleslaw Recipe😋🔥
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 cups finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
1/4 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
2 tablespoons minced onion
How to Make It:
-Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces (a little bigger than rice)
-Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl. Beat until smooth
-Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Mix well.
-Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit over night it’s even better.

Caramel Pecan Dream Bars 😋😋
FOR THE CRUST:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup soft margarine
1 egg
FOR THE FILLING:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup bits o’ brickle baking chips
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Mix together the cake mix, margarine, and egg and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Pour filling ingredients (sweetened condensed milk, pecans, bits o’ brickle) over the base and bake 25-30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.

Loaded Baked Potato Salad - Don’t Lose This Recipe
Ingredients:
8 medium Russet Potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
Chives, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Cover with water and boil until fork tender, about 20-25 mins. Drain and cool the potatoes. Once they’re cool, mix the mayo and sour cream. Add the onions, chives, and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with extra shredded cheese and bacon and serve.

Pecan Upside Down Cake
Ingredients:
For the Pecan Topping:
½ cup packed light or dark brown sugar
¼ cup of corn syrup
½ cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ tsp salt
For the Cake Batter:
1 box vanilla cake mix (I used Betty Crocker Super Moist Vanilla)
½ cup of vegetable oil
3 large eggs
3 tbsp sour cream
1 cup of water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 10 inch bundt pan liberally with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside for later
Pecan Topping
In a medium bowl, using a hand-held mixer or whisk, combine melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Continue mixing until the brown sugar has almost dissolved completely
Add pecans to brown sugar mixture and mix until fully combined
Pour mixture into prepared bundt pan and use a spatula to spread into one even layer. Set aside
Cake Batter
In a large bowl, using a hand-held mixer or whisk, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream. Mix together until no lumps remain
Pour cake batter over top of the pecan topping. Use a spatula to make sure the batter is spread out evenly and completely covers the pecan topping
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester stick inserted comes out clean
After the cake is finished baking, remove bundt pan from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool for 10 minutes. Do not attempt to flip the pan before this!
Once 10 minutes have passed, place a large plate over the top of the bundt pan to invert the cake onto the plate. I like to bang the top of the pan a few times before I lift it up to make sure those loose pecans unstick from the pan
Slice and serve warm with your favorite ice cream, or allow the cake to cool and serve at room temperature.

For those wondering, ′′ how did i do it?" 🤔

I Boiled 1 liter of water, added 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate, two cups of coke and half cup of lemon juice then stirred well . Waited 3 minutes, put the pan in the solution for 45 minutes, then added a quarter cup of chlorine bleach to the mixture. Then I brushed it with a firm toothbrush and put it back into the liquid for another 25 minutes. I took it out, rinsed it and it looked exactly the same, so I threw it away and went out and bought a new one 🤣

Pasta shell with ground beef

*ingredients :

°1.5 pounds of ground beef
°Clove and garlic
°black pepper
°Sazon Perfecta seasoning.
°2 c sized pasta
°1/4 c oil
°4 c water
°2 tablespoons of Knorr Grained Chicken Stock
°4 tablespoons of Knorr Grained Tomato Stock
°3 cubes serrano peppers
°half an onion
°1 packet rutile
°A handful coriander
°Garlic and onion powder to taste
°2 packages of red mill
°1 bay leaf

*directions :

1) Brown ground beef with minced garlic, black pepper and Sazon Perfecta seasoning.
2) While the meat is cooking, in a deep skillet, brown the pasta shells in 1/4 cup of the oil (as you would brown brown rice or Ronnie).
3) Drain the fat from the ground beef and add the meat to the pasta shells.
4) Adding 4 c of water, 2 tsp of Knorr granulated chicken broth, 3 cube of serrano peppers & 4 tsp of Knorr granulated tomato broth, slice in half an onion, 1 can rutile, a handful of cilantro, 2 bag Sazon Rouge, Bay leaf, adding garlic also onion powder to taste.
5) Stir, cover and cook over medium-high heat until your crust is soft. Serves! Enjoy this easy-to-make Mexican pasta recipe with ground beef.

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
For the whipped cream topping:

1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Stir well to coat the strawberries, then set aside to macerate for about 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
To assemble the trifle, start by layering about one-third of the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a trifle dish or a large glass bowl.
Next, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of the macerated strawberries.
Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
In a separate bowl, prepare the whipped cream topping by whipping the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream on top of the trifle, creating an even layer.

Cucumber Bites with Herbs Cream Cheese and Cherry Tomato😋
Ingredients
4 ounces (1 Brick) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons fresh dill or thyme
3 to 4 long cucumbers, skinned and sliced into 1 inch slices
15 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Salt, to taste
Paprika or cajun spice mix, for garnish
Instructions
First, Make the herbed cream cheese: in a stand mixer, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing and herbs. Mix until well combined. Spoon into a piping bag with a star tip.
Prepare the cucumber, remove peel, and using a fork, score the sides. Slice into 1 inch pieces. Using a melon baller, remove a portion of the center of one side of the piece of cucumber, leaving a half moon crater.
Pipe the Herb Cream Cheese into the crater. Enough to stick out of the top about 1/2 inch.
Add a half Cherry Tomato partially buried into the Herb Cream Cheese
Sprinkle additional salt, herbs and spice mix for additional color. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, room temperature
¾ cup butter, room temperature
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 (8 oz) bag fresh cranberries
Crumble
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
⅓ cup butter
How To Make Cranberry Loaf
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and thoroughly grease 2 loaf pans (this can also be made as one very large loaf or in a 9-inch cake pan).
In a large bowl, add eggs and sugar and beat for 5 minutes, or until the volume of the mixture has nearly doubled (don’t skip this step!).
Mix in butter, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.
Gently mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined, then fold in cranberries.
Transfer batter to the prepared pans.
In a small bowl, mix together all topping ingredients until sandy in texture. Sprinkle over loaves.
Bake for 45-50 minutes for 2 loaves or 60-70 minutes for 1 large loaf. Bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow loaves to cool before slicing.

Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (14.5 oz) cans petit diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook macaroni for 3 minutes less than the box directions, then drain.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add ground beef and onions to the pan. Break beef apart, cooking for 6-7 minutes until browned. Drain any fat.
Mix in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Mix until combined.
Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
Mix in cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese. If your skillet is heat-safe, you can place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the goulash is bubbly and the cheese is melted. If the skillet is not heat-safe, transfer the goulash to a casserole dish and bake.

Lemon Blueberry Loaf
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups plus 1 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp lemon zest
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Lemon Glaze/Syrup:
2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350*. Grease the sides and bottom of a loaf pan.
Sift together all dry ingredients for the bread. In a large bowl, mix together all the moist ingredients.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, add the tbsp of flour to the blueberries and fold gently into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. If a toothpick comes out clean the bread is done.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
In a small saucepan on low heat, add the powdered sugar to the lemon juice and let it dissolve. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Using a toothpick, poke holes all over the loaf, top and sides. Use a pastry brush to brush the lemon syrup on the top and the sides. Let harden for 15 minutes before serving

2 lbs red potatoes, boiled
¼ cup butter 3 Tbsp. flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
10 oz. frozen peas
½ cup onion, diced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cut potatoes in half and place on greased baking pan. Sprinkle peas over potatoes. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, stirring constantly until right consistency. Pour sauce over vegetables. Top with bacon and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 pound (500 g) green beans, ends trimmed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese shredded
1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 4 cloves garlic, minced)
3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil spray.
Arrange green beans on baking sheet in a single layer. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to evenly coat.
Bake for 20 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
Remove from oven and top with the mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and broil (or grill) until the cheese melts and becomes golden (about 4-5 minutes).

Stuffed Meatloaf on the Stovetop
Must express something to keep getting my recipes.... Thank you.
Ingredients
1 package Stove Top stuffing (use one of your favorite flavors, I prefer chicken, but herbed savory is good too!)
1 cup of hot water
2 packages of brown gravy mix (one for the inside of the meatloaf and one for the top)
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 cup cold water
2 large eggs, beaten
How To Make Stove Top Meatloaf
In a medium bowl, add the stuffing mix and 1 cup of hot water.
Let stuffing sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, mix 1 package of brown gravy with 1 cup of cold water.
Add ground beef and egg, mix well (easiest to do with your hands, it’s gross, I know).
After the stuffing has rested for 5 minutes, stir the stuffing mixture into the ground beef mixture.
Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray, then press the ground beef mixture into the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until the inside is no longer pink.
Once baked, let rest for about 5 minutes, then invert the pan onto a plate.
Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center of the meatloaf.

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole 😋😋
Ingredients :
1 lb of ground beef
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz of cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
½ lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup)
½ cup butter (1 stick)
1 pkg spaghetti 16 oz
Grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°. Boil your spaghetti noodles until al dente (firm). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended.
Brown your hamburger and when done, drain well. Combine the hamburger with your spaghetti sauce.
Put a few slices of butter into a 9×13 pan then pour half of your spaghetti noodles on top.
Take your cream cheese mixture and pour on top of the noodles. Spread well over noodles.
Pour the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture. Put a few more slices of butter on top of the noodles.
Pour your spaghetti and meat sauce on top of your noodles.
Now it is ready to put into the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour the desired amount of grated cheese on top and return to the oven for 15 minutes to allow cheese to mel.

1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Ingredients
2 large eggs beaten
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 chicken breasts , boneless skinless (6 ounces each)
1/2 cup butter , cut into pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls.
Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in the eggs, then dredge in the crumb mixture to coat.
Arrange coated chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Place pieces of butter on top of the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients
25 oz. frozen ravioli – DO NOT THAW (I use 5 cheese)
1 lb. ground beef (can use mild sausage)
1 cup white onion diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano (not ground)
24 oz. marinara sauce (I use Rao’s)
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
How To Make Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna Recipe
In a medium-sized non-stick skillet set to medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onion. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Cook until the meat is browned. Don’t drain all the liquid off the meat; keep a few tablespoons in the meat to keep it moist.
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Add half of the marinara sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add HALF of the bag of ravioli on top of that sauce.
Add all of the ground beef mixture over the ravioli.
Add the remaining ravioli over the meat.
Pour over the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese.
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Serve and enjoy!

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a 3-quart saucepan over very low heat, melt butter and chocolate, stirring the mixture constantly. Remove from heat, and stir sugar into the chocolate. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Fold in walnuts. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Garlic Bread Pizza
Ingredients:
1 Box Garlic Bread Texas Toast 8 slices
1 Jar Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni or other pizza toppings
2 Cups Shredded Mozarella Cheese
How To Make Garlic Bread Pizza:
Preheat oven to 375*.
Place the garlic bread on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Next add a little bit of pizza sauce to each slice of bread enough to cover the one side of the bread, then top it with pepperoni or your desired pizza toppings. Lastly, cover with cheese.
Continue this process until all the slices of bread are done.
Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
¾ cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
2 tablespoons Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce, as desired
Diced tomato, as desired
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch square pan or 10-inch pie plate; press over bottom and up sides to form crust.
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning mix; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture in crust-lined pan; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Served topped with lettuce and tomato.
Tips
A 4.5-oz can of Old El Paso(R) chopped green chiles can be added to the meat mixture.
Tips
Serve with additional salsa, sour cream and avocado slices.

Vegetable Beef Soup 😍😍

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced
1 tsp garlic minced
Salt & pepper to taste
3 1/2 cup beef broth
1 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 10.5 oz can condensed tomato soup
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes any variety, we use russet

Instructions
In large pot or dutch oven add your ground beef, onion and garlic and cook until meat is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
Add your salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Mix in your beef broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, vegetables and potatoes.
Bring to a boil the reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.

The easiest, neatest way to make bacon: cut package of bacon in half (I do four packages from Costco at once). Pull slices apart and place in pot. Heat on high, stirring as needed. The fat in the bacon melts into the pot, and the bacon basically deep-fries. Delicious—and no spatters at all!

STUFFED PEPPER CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground Italian sausage
2 cups chopped bell peppers any color
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup salsa or tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 cup long grain white rice rinsed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage. Add peppers and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.

Add broth and use a wooden spoon to scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the pan. Add salsa, salt and pepper.

Rinse rice well under cold water and add to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover, reduce heat slightly, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked through.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

1 lb (453.59g) king crab legs
4 tablespoons (56g) unsalted butter , melted
3 cloves garlic , minced (about 1 tablespoon garlic)
1-2 teaspoons (4g-8g) Creole seasoning
½ tablespoon (7.5ml) lemon juice
1 tablespoon (3g) chopped chives or parsley
lemon wedges to serve
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.When ready to cook, cut the crab legs into half so the flesh of the crab is visible. Skip the knife and use kitchen shears or scissors to do so. You’ll thank me later.Place crab legs in an oven-safe pan or on a baking sheet.Add butter, garlic, Creole seasoning in a small bowl. Microwave for about a minute. Remove and add lemon juice. Mix well.Brush crab with butter mixture all over the crab legs – reserve any excess for serving.Place the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the crab legs are heated through. Sprinkle with parsley or chives.Serve immediately with the remaining sauce and/or lemon wedges for squeezing over meat.

Southern Fried Salmon Patties
INGREDIENTS
1 (14 3/4 ounce) canned salmon
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
Open salmon and drain thoroughly. Place drained salmon in mixing bowl and flake evenly with a fork.
Add onion, corn meal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Stir until well blended.
Shape the mixture into patties about the size of an average burger or less.
Cook in oil in skillet over medium heat until browned on each side. Turn once while frying.
Note: The mayonnaise helps the patties hold their shape and keeps them from being too dry

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

California Spaghetti Salad 😋😋
Ingredients
1 pound thin spaghetti broken into 1 inch pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes chopped in half
2 zucchini medium, diced
1 cucumber large, diced
1 green bell pepper medium, diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 red onion large, diced
2 cans ripe olives 2-¼ ounces each sliced, drained
DRESSING:
1 bottle Italian salad dressing 16 ounces
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain using a colander and rinse in cold water. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, green and red bell pepper, red onion and olives in a large bowl.
To make the dressing:
Whisk together italian salad dressing, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder. Pour over salad and toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
