一位白手起家的阿滷看到客戶吃到滷味的滿足燃起熊熊的壯志要讓全世界都能得到這快樂，所以不再低調了!請拭目以待!

十幾年前在台中市華美西街、漢口路一帶擺滷味攤，從一個不會做菜的年輕人，到後來跟著把結拜大哥將三、四樣滷味發展到四十多樣滷味。目前有台中市華美店、北平店、大隆店、沙鹿店四家分店，中央廚房則設在大雅鄉員林村。 為了試滷味的口味，他不斷詢問客人意見，滷包是以甘草、丁香、陳皮等十多樣中藥草製成，再加上高纖蔬菜調味。
