It’s been a super busy couple of weeks. It’s also been a few weeks since I’ve been back at the Good Bowl. Today I choose to do a double portion of Sakura Premium Pork. The bowl is delicious topped with a sunny egg.

I’m here tonight after a long day of menu testing at the Mozza in the Raddisson Hotel. My fist time here ever so I thought I’d give it a review. They have a pasta buffet on Thursday if your into that. Like most hotel restaurants it’s always really empty or stupid busy. I started with the scallops wrapped in bacon the sauce is to be a fennel sauce but a really bad version but the scallops were great.

This weekend is moving time. I haven’t moved in a long time. It’s usually stressful. I’ve made it a goal to ensure this move is as stress free as possible. I look at this move as a life reset. Something I haven’t done in a long time and it is really required. I said to a friend that a new home, new role is the start of a new life. I stopped into a local Japanese place close to my new home and had this wild salmon tartar. @ Lansdowne Centre
