Hey everyone, sorry for the couple of days delay on my posts. The whirlwind of life happened and I'm now back to continue my series of recipe testing. I left off on sourdough pizza dough and though I did finish recording that day I had a lot of editing errors that I lost my videos. So I'll redo the pizza dough testing tomorrow when my starter active and at peak again. Off to feed Basil and I'll see you'll tomorrow 😊.

Here we are four and a half hours later and Basil has doubled in size and is ready for the 3rd recipe in the recipe book, pizza dough.🍕😊

Here is a written break down of how I feed Basil. I break down the measurements and this feed is for same day use active starter.
