2pcs cooked duck legs
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded singkamas
2 cups shredded raw papaya
1 cup pink pomelo segments
1 pc large red onion
6 sprigs cilantro, picked

Dressing:
6 pcs calamansi
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp duck fat
2 tbsp water
