Another month means another tasting! This month, Director of Dining Services Stacy Eckhart and Registered Dietitian Monique Mazaika visited East Junior High School to promote our menu special: Blueberry Coleslaw. This was in honor of Stop Food Waste Day, as all parts of the cabbage plant can be eaten. This means NO food waste!
