用心堅持，關心大眾

將藥草採收之後，要先以清水沖洗乾淨，再經由台東的充沛陽光曬乾，然後將藥草送入烘焙機翻炒均勻，再以烘乾機將水分烘除，最後以攪拌器將各種不同的藥草充分混和，裝袋包裝才算完成。
但這只是製作的程序，草藥奇人對於草茶還有更多的堅持與用心！

由於原生藥草種類繁多，各有各自的功能與療效，但每種藥草的屬性不同，有寒、溫、熱等特性，而每個人的體質不一定能接受，因此就必須在配方、用量、程序上做調整，以符合各種體質的需要。
