We are in the early stages of planning a fundraiser event for the Night Stalkers Brotherhood Motorcycle Association and the Nightstalker Association . We are looking for some BBQ Teams, Motorcycles interested in a Bike Show.

We have a location , host and Band . We are looking for sponsors to provide trophy’s and other prizes. Again this is a Fundraiser , but prizes will be provided for participants.

The Following is a rough idea , we are open to input , so feel free to let us know as this is our first attempt at an event like this . We know there will be things to learn :

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the opportunity to provide BBQ for the Night Stalker Association Bass Tournament.

It was a long haul — a full 30-hour day — but every single minute of it was worth it. Being part of such a meaningful event, surrounded by an incredible community, is exactly why we do what we do.

From the early prep to the last plate served, Mo & Ray’s What The Cluck BBQ & Grill truly enjoyed every second of being there. The support, the conversations, and the chance to serve those who represent something bigger than all of us made this experience unforgettable.

Thank you for trusting us to be a part of it. We’re honored, we’re grateful, and we look forward to May 23rd for the annual Ride to Remember and the opportunity to do it again.

But first .. I’m taking a much needed power nap.

We know..we know.. Some of you guys have been asking for our Apple Butter BBQ sauce, Pineapple BBQ sauce , Our What The Dr Ordered Sauces and other things we make. We unfortunately are a 2 person operation of myself and my wife. We handmake everything , like our own ketchup, apple butter, mustards, rubs , sauces..etc. It's a tedious task, we absolutely love it, and wouldn't change it. However , to have the ability to create it at the level people want it.. we find ourselves always behind on demand constantly... We are currently getting prepped for a busy cooking season, and getting things together to get caught up on Sauce requests... Thank you guys for the continued support , and we are trying to do a better job on our Social Media, so we will post more often.

When we ain’t cookin… we cuttin /splittin and stacking the fuel . We got lucky this year and had a bunch of white oak, black oak, hickory and cherry trees given to us .

This season we will be using those cuts to smoke with. Pecan and Post Oak will be here soon.

It’s a lot of work behind running these stick burner smokers, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
