Ingredients: Stir-fried lo-mein noodles with shrimp, vegetables, and a house special sauce (contains soy sauce), finished with sesame oil and crushed red pepper

My Thoughts: The lo-mein was bursting with flavor! The noodles were perfectly cooked, the shrimp were succulent, and the sauce had just the right balance of sweet, savory, and spicy! The Thai tea was both a refreshing and sweet complement to the dish!

Improvements: I think that some crisp romaine lettuce would add a nice crunch and provide some freshness to the dish!

My Thoughts: The Annihilator was a chocolate lover's dream! The chocolate macadamia nut flavor was rich and decadent, and it blended perfectly with the smooth espresso and creamy half-and-half.

Improvements: I would really like to try this with their soft top next time!

Ingredients: 2 batter dipped fish fillets served with 2 hushpuppes, coleslaw, French fries, a Dr. Pepper, ketchup, and tartar sauce

My Thoughts: The meal really hit the spot! The fish fillets were perfectly crispy, the huspuppies were fluffy, and the coleslaw provided a refreshing contrast to the fried food!

Improvements: I would like to have some healthier side dish options such as grilled vegetables or a side salad.

Location: Southlake, Texas

Name of Food: Rainbow Roll

Ingredients: Snow Crab, cucumber, and avocado rolled with yellowfin tuna, red snapper, red tuna, and yellowtail fish. Served with a Calpico (non-carbonated japanese drink).

Cost: $21.98

My Thoughts: The Rainbow Roll was definitely a feast for the senses! There was an explosion of fresh and delicate flavors with each bite. The sweetness of the crab complemented the richness of the fish. By providing a delightful balance of sweetness and citrus, the Calpico served as a refreshing accompaniment to the sushi.

Improvements: There would be another flavor dimension by adding a touch of wasabi or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
