two new flavours - sketched on the monsoon canvas! Presenting :
A French vanilla - the most requested flavour the past few years! Finally a vanilla flavour the suited the Philosophice flavour palatte, made refined sugar free using a delicious Kaakvi syrup.
And Matcha! A clean green flavour, this monsoon - Dairy-free honey matcha-latte in an ice cream. If you know, you know! 💚☘️🌱🍵
For the first time ever - in a half tub size (250mL) exclusively.
I would love to hear how it tastes and input for improvement!

Gur Butter Cookies. First time on the menu - a non ice cream delicacy! An old family recipe that we grew up savouring with family and friends. Now made using Khapli Atta - an ancient Indian grain also known as Emmer Wheat - a joy on the digestive system and NOT the regular Maida or even Gehu Atta. Khapli Atta and Gur add a wholesome balance to the buttery crisp experience.

Small, round, chewy, crisp and buttery sweet, they serve as a perfect tea snack and addition to your ice cream dessert platter, and even a delish gift to a friend!

Philoso-Fam a NEW BITTER CHOCOLATE flavour is finally on the menu ! With no refined-sugar added, using kaakvi a locally produced liquid jaggery instead, it hits the perfect dark note! Taste and share any feedback you can to make this flavour the best it can be ! 😍🙏
