We are selling all of our equipment so if you are a fellow street food trader or food business, please get in touch via DM or email ([email protected]) to have a chat!

I will be putting a full list together but this includes gazebos, gazebo weights, metal frame for a banner, fryers, griddles, convection oven, pots, pans, utensils, trays, bowls, ingredient storage containers, fold out plastic tables, concertina tables, commercial immersion blender, induction hobs, dough mixer, heat lamps, large scales, diner food baskets, sundae glasses, wooden forks, plant-based takeaway knives, sauce pots, soup pots, and some more bits!

The End.
Wow, what a journey running Flux has been, and honestly 10 photos is not enough to show how many amazing people I have had the honour of meeting and working with, and the wonderful memories I have with them.

Starting this business began being all about the food, and ended being all about the people.

There are many things I'd like to say, and have said, to the amazing people who have been a part of Flux, but perhaps a mushy post on Instagram isn't the best platform for that. So just a massive massive thank you to everyone who has been even one small part of this journey with me; cooked with me, prepped with me, recipe tested with me, set the stall up with me, drank with me (those summer festivals & brewery pop ups were 👌🍻), were a shoulder to cry on, a pal to listen to my breakdown of the week (e.g. accidentally ordering £100 of jalapeños & tenderstem broccoli 😅), had a dance with me, done so so much washing up, catered weddings with me, worked on the stall and let me have a day off, stepped in at the last minute when I needed help.

Basically these amazing people gave me so much support because you really can't run a business like this on your own. For starters it's just not as fun.
So THANK YOU: Jess, Mat, Amy, Lily, Ella, Grace, Sophie, Elly, Jillie, Chloe, Brooke, Holly.

And finally a huge thank you to Jessica (formerly of Flourish fame) who I literally could not have done all this without. I met Jess on the day of my first ever market, our stalls were next to each other. We ended up doing many events and markets together, working together and navigating through the first lockdown. Jess was always there when I need to vent about running a business because she truly understood everything I was going through. She was always there to offer me carefully considered, solid, useful advice. And now that we have both decided to move away from running our own businesses, I feel so lucky to call her one of my best friends.

SO, thank you to all the customers who have enjoyed the food and given us lovely feedback and recommended us to your friends. We loved cooking for you.

We may be done with markets but we're not closed yet! We're having a week away, and then we will be returning to for the 3rd year!

The event runs:
🗓 24th-27th Nov
🗓 30th Nov-4th Dec
🗓 7th-21st Dec

You can get tickets for the Illuminated trail but you don't need tickets to come along and visit the street food area, bars, christmas market and fairground rides!

We'll be open from 4-9.30pm every day of the event, and there is free parking available. So if you're craving your last Flux fix before we close please do come along! Menu to be announced soon but it will include the return of The Festive Burger!

We can't wait! See you there 🎄
