We provide staff to Cook on the Spit, to supply the Whole Pig, Decorating the Cooked Pig with Fruits and Herbs, offer photo opportunity to the Hosts, Carve, & then Served into our Bain Maries to keep meat hot.

We will have Cooked Pork, from a Whole Pig as of this Monday, in 1.5-2 kilo lots, freshly vacume sealed, ready to cook/marinade or serve later or freeze. Juicy in handful size pieces surrounded by geletin juice from being cooked on the Whole pig. $25 per kilo.
So no bone, or fat just pure meat.

We accept pre-orders a minimum of two weeks prior for either whole pigs for pick up or for catered functions. That is conditional that we have dates and bookings left. Best to contact us 1-2 months ahead.
