La floraison marque l’une des étapes les plus importantes du cycle annuel de la vigne. Ce phénomène naturel a généralement lieu à la fin du printemps, lorsque de petites fleurs apparaissent sur la vigne et se préparent à devenir de futurs raisins 🍇
Pendant la floraison, la vigne entre dans une phase délicate où débutent la pollinisation et la nouaison. Les conditions météorologiques telles que le vent, la pluie ou la température peuvent fortement influencer le succès de cette étape et, par conséquent, la taille et la qualité de la récolte 🌿
Bien que les fleurs soient petites et souvent peu visibles, la floraison joue un rôle essentiel dans le potentiel du vignoble pour la saison à venir. C’est un moment clé qui marque la transition entre la croissance de la vigne et le développement des raisins, ainsi que la promesse d’un nouveau millésime ✨
