Our beetroot carpaccio starter is an elegant classic with a twist. Beautiful beetroot varieties are perfectly paired with a beet & raspberry pâte de fruit in a dukkah crumb, bringing sweet & savoury seamlessly together.

Located in Phoenix Place, Central London, the Postal Museum’s two unique event spaces are perfect for corporate, private and immersive events.   A memorable, one-of-a-kind venue – Mail Rail is a distinctive subterranean event space, ideal for dinners, drinks receptions, product launches and conferences.
Lending historic charm with interactive experiences, hosting an event here allows guests exclusive access to the underground Mail Rail ride, immersing them in London’s postal and communication heritage in a unique and unexpected way.
An unforgettable experience in a truly distinctive setting.  The Courtyard is a contemporary space that offers access to fascinating museum Galleries, as well as an intimate courtyard. We couldn’t let the end of the month pass by without acknowledging these two wonderful women!

Although they have been with us as freelancers since completing their Clink training, tonight is special because they will be signing out (of two back to back events no less) having completed their first month as full time chefs with Clink Events.

From joining our training course at HMP Downview they have powered through the skills list, put in the long hours out on events & now run a kitchen like boss ladies.

We are delighted you have grown with us, so proud of what you have achieved & excited to see what is to come.

The Clink Events team are excited to work at two unique AEG Presents venues now open for 2026 bookings.

Indigo at The O2 offers the perfect setting for large award dinners of up to 540 guests and standing receptions for 1,500, all within one of the city’s most iconic entertainment districts.

We’re also proud to work at Watford Colosseum, a newly available venue accommodating up to 1,000 delegates or dinner for 380 guests. If you’re planning standout events for 2026, both spaces are ready to help you create something unforgettable.colosseum
