Roast your purple sweet potatoes half side down and thank us later ☺️ They get perfectly caramelized on the outside and are soft, moist and sweet on inside 😋 they literally taste like candy 🍠💜

Slice in half, cover with avocado oil or avocado oil, place flesh side down on parchment and bake at 425F for 25-30 mins.
