Another Thai crack sauce you need in your life 🇹🇭🔥

Nam Jim Jaew

Here’s all you need:
✨ Fresh ingredients
Chopped coriander
Chopped shallots
Chopped spring onions

🌶️ Seasoning
Chili powder (as much as you can handle 😉)
Roasted rice powder (as you like)
Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
Tamarind juice – 2 tbsp
Palm sugar – 1 tbsp
A squeeze of lime juice for that zesty kick 🍋

Mix everything together, taste, adjust, and boom - done!!!!!

Perfect with grilled pork, BBQ, or honestly anything off the grill.
One dip and you’ll get the hype.

🥬 Green papaya
🍅 Tomatoes
🫛 Long beans
🦐 Dried shrimp
🥜 Roasted peanuts

Seasoning:

- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1–1.5 tbsp palm sugar
- Lime juice (depends how zesty you like it)

Thai Crack Sauce 🌶️ aka the seafood sauce
Crazy easy to make. Even easier to pair with literally anything

Just blend it all up:
🌶️ Green chillies
🧄 Fresh garlic
🌿 Coriander root or stems
🧂 Fish sauce (4 tsp)
🍋 Lime juice (4–5 limes)
🍯 Palm sugar (1–2 tsp)

That’s it. Done. No stress.
Drizzle it on seafood, grilled meat, or honestly… everything
