Served a proper brunch of pastry topped chicken pot pie, fresh fruit salad and vanilla mousse banana pudding to 25 unsuspecting roughnecks on a rig. They LOVED IT. The only thing missing were mimosas!! Cheers dudes!

Smoked Salmon w herbed cream on crisp toast points
Media Noche sandwich (sliced marinated pork tenderloin, smoked ham baby Swiss )
Margarita shrimp skewers
Heirloom tomato bruschetta
Spicy cannelloni bean dip
Spinach Artichoke dip in wonton cups
Loaded potato bites
Sweet potato bites with cinnamon cream and praline pecans.
