Why Baby Tomato?

Baby Tomato is a labor of love. A love for food, a love of people and a love of creating things that are healthy, local, unique to our region and there are no recipes here. Only things residing in our heads translated to whatever fresh food is available to work with.

Baby Tomato gives back. Everything we do has a donation attached to it. We look at local non-profit businesses and provide funding for them through our cooking adventures. If you have a non-profit and want to find out how your non-profit can be funded with proceeds of Baby Tomato’s events, email me at [email protected] for more information.

Baby Tomato’s logo is actually over 15 years old and has evolved over the last several years as we began our trek here in Point Arena, CA. The logo with the heart on the hand was created in memory of my Father, Ross Edwards who passed away at a very early age from heart disease.

I always cook with his heart in my mind and yours too. My other job is an inventor of life saving equipment for people who have dangerous jobs so, it makes sense that this effort is also with that same theme in mind.
