In just a couple weeks we should have our first harvest of figs at the stand. Seems like she’s going to be full of fruit this year too. These little fruits are so good and packed with so many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

I love them paired with other fruits, on the side of cottage cheese or made into a jam to go on my sourdough biscuits.

Happy Monday!
Just a little where we started and where we are now. Mostly just the two of us, four years, went through 2 wheel barrows, countless amounts of shovels, hours and hours of hard work, early mornings and late nights, lots of blood (it was all uncared for brambles) sweat and thousands and thousands of rocks and boulders. 😂🤪

This year it actually looks like a garden. Yes, the middle is bare still 🤷🏻‍♀️ but around the sides is thriving and looks great.

I am looking forward to all the trees producing delicious fruits, putting together the green house, starting seeds and filling in the middle part of the garden with vegetable plants.

Now, the best part being able to sell the produce at our stand. To be able to provide fresh and pesticide free produce would be a blessing.

It was a lot of baking but at the end of the weekend we SOLD OUT of all our sourdough baked goods.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to everyone who showed up at our stand this weekend.

Weather you were trying out our sourdough goodies for the first time or one of our repeat customers from the bottom of my heart Thank you so much. Also all your messages and kind words, truly mean the world to me.
