Sun out, glass up ☀️

This week’s white: Pisano Albariño — crisp, citrusy, and quietly addictive. Think lemon zest, a little saline edge, and that clean, mouthwatering finish that makes one glass turn into two.

Made by a small family producer in Uruguay (a bit unexpected, in the best way), this is your aperitif, your seafood match, your “just because it’s sunny” bottle.

Chill it properly, give it a swirl, and let it do its thing.

Champagne’s chaotic teenage cousin 🍾

Pét-nat = bottled mid-ferment,
so the bubbles happen naturally in the bottle.

A little cloudy on its lees (like Champagne),
often unfiltered — which gives it that soft texture
and a subtle brioche-y edge under all the fruit.

Think:
– peach + citrus
– gentle fizz
– a little wild, in a good way

Sunshine wine… with a bit of chaos.

Easter is one of those weekends — long lunches, extra guests, something always on the table.

If you’re not sure what to pour, here’s how I’d do it:

Start with a fizz.
Doesn’t have to be Champagne — we’ve gone for a gorgeous Crémant in this week’s edit (and honestly, half the price).

Then a proper rosé.
The kind you can sip while grazing, topping up glasses without thinking. We’ve gone classic Provence from an organic producer we love.

For whites, keep it fresh but with a bit of texture —
we’ve included an old vine Macabeo, lees-aged with just a touch of older oak. It’s got that citrusy freshness but enough weight to handle salmon, roast chicken, or whatever ends up on the table.

And for red — a softer, medium style that carries you from early evening into night or works perfectly for an earlier Sunday Lunch. We’ve gone with a small-batch Gamay from Beaujolais’s Brouilly that does exactly that.

Easy, relaxed, and all sorted.

Spring in a glass.

Crisp, floral, citrusy — the kind of bottle you open before the night really begins.

This one’s from Henners in East Sussex — an English white blend grown just a few miles from the coast. Think elderflower, citrus peel and that clean, chalky freshness English wines do so well.
