At Nash’s Smash Ilocos Empanada, everything began with a kid, a craving, and a mom who loves good food.

In Iloilo, authentic Ilocos empanada is something you usually only find during big festivals—Dinagyang season, special events, or bulk orders of 10 or more. But cravings don’t wait for festivals. And good food shouldn’t be that hard to find.

As a foodie mom, I wanted to create something more accessible and sustainable—real Ilocos empanada you can enjoy any time, freshly made, freshly fried, without needing a crowd or a calendar.

What started as a family favorite quickly became a small mission. Nash loved the crunch, the color, the joy of biting into something hot and golden. I loved the idea of turning that simple happiness into something meaningful—not just for today, but for his future.

Every empanada we make follows the Ilocos way: thin, ultra-crispy shells, savory fillings, and bold, honest flavors. No shortcuts. No mass pre-frying. Just careful folding, hot oil, and that perfect crunch that makes you smile on the first bite.

Nash’s Smash is playful on the outside, but purposeful at its core. It’s food made by a mom who understands cravings, time, budgets, and the comfort that good food brings after a long day.

This brand is my way of building something with heart—for my son, for fellow food lovers, and for Iloilo, one empanada at a time.
