Some moments feel too special to put into words…
From hosting my very first table to now serving my 8th BAJOT table that too to this journey has been built with so much love, nervousness, hope, and heart.

For a small dream that started from my kitchen and memories of home, this felt surreal.

Grateful beyond words to everyone who has sat at my table, trusted my food, shared stories, and made BAJOT what it is becoming. Every meal carries a piece of my home and my heart.

8 tables later… still emotional, still grateful, still cooking with love.
This is only the beginning for BAJOT.
