Peanut butter and banana oats. Breakfast that keeps you full until lunch.
You need:
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups water or milk
1 ripe banana
1 spoon of peanut butter
Pinch of cinnamon (if you have it)
Cook oats in water or milk. Mash in the banana and stir in peanut butter. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Warm and filling.
