What a day up the valley - nice to see after what feels like a few weeks of rain.

Tough few weeks on the farm lately seems to be the month of saying goodbye to some key members of our dog family. 🥹 Meg is the one and only dog who would work for anybody including the kids definitely deserves a spot on the grid. The last week has been very quiet without you and we miss you lots hope you’re enjoying looking down on us from the top of the hill. ❤️

❤️❤️We will miss you so much Izzy. 13 years of the best pet Labrador anybody could ask for.

Two special children have grown up with you by their side. I will always remember whenever they cried you were never far from kissing them better and still did so up till a few years ago.

Not many people can say they have had a nose broken by their dog.

We will miss you Izzy but we know you’re looking over us from the top of the hill. ❤️❤️

Our dogs are well looked after here on the farm. The farm dogs have new canvas beds, filled with today’s wool straight from shearing, so they’ll be nice and cosy.

Let’s hope they appreciate the effort and we don’t head down in the morning to find shredded beds everywhere.

Summer holiday with 778mls of rain within 48hrs. 2 days of sunny beach weather but the rest we were never too far from the rain jacket.
