Our Home made Bread.
4 cups of Cake Flour
1,5 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 tablespoon of salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
7 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 cups of warm water. (I prefer mine in the warmer side, the dough will raise quicker)
1/4 cup milk (mix it in the warm water)
Method
1. Preheat over at 160°C
2. Mix the dried ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. Mix the wet ingredients together in a jar.
4. Create a hole in the center of the bowl and pour half of the water mixture.
5. Begin to knead the dough if too dry add the a bit of water and drops of oil and continue to knead your dough until it is soft. DON’T be scared to beat that dough friend. You shouldn’t have sticky dough on your hands.
6. Take a tablespoon of oil and oil another bowl in the side and on the bottom of bowl. Transfer your dough to the oiled bowl.
7. Cover with cling wrap and towel, thereafter put it in a warm area or under the sun for it start to raise.
8. Prepare your baking pan or baking load pan by greasing it with oil or by spray n cook.
9. Grease up your hands to with oil so the dough doesn’t stick on your hands
10. Take the dough out of the bowl, work it out by stretching out it and fold it inwards until it takes a shape of a loaf of bread. Place in the baking tin.
11. Wet a clean dish cloth and ring out any access water. Put the damp cloth in the microwave for 4min. Take the Hot dish towel and put it on the baking tin with dough until it gets cold again. This is to prove the dough so the dough may rise again and for the softness. Repeat this step twice.
12. Bake the bread at 160°C for 40 - 45min.
13. Insert a knife in the side of the bread and if returns without no dough the you must know it cooked z
14. Remove from over to cool and serve your home made bread.

Enjoy😊❤
