Welcome to ✨Chops🔪 with Drey. We made a braised short rib with a creamy garlic mash and brocollini 🍖🍛. This meal was such a pleasure to make because of the Woolworths Serious Pro Cook Knives, it made all the chopping less daunting, almost like you were cutting through butter. They feel and look so professional, I had to start practicing my chopping skills. So defs grab one or a set and save this recipe to warm you up in the chilly week to come 🌻
