Big Welcome to the New Punjabi Restaurant Punjab in Durbanville Central..
My Word I wish the Words can describe the Deliciousness of what I just ate 😆
From their Expansive Menu of Curries, Rogash and Eastern Delights I had to try our their Half Tandoori Chicken at R189 it came with Punjabi Roated Potatoes and an Onion Salad Iincluded a Butter Naan Bread at R35 and believe me that was more than enough for 2 People.
The real Highlight is the Tandoori Marinade and Charred Chicken that was SO SOFT AND JUICY with their Special Malay Spices that Chicken had the marinade all the way to the Bone!!!
The Naan was PERFECT and FLUFFY!
Cant wait to try EVERYTHING on their Menu!

Love Promoting Durbanville Food Entrepreneurs for FREE!!!

We all know about how amazing Tony’s Fisheries and Take-Aways Fish & Chips are...but when you feeling like something different like I did today you will simply love their range of Toasted Sarmies.
Today I tried the Steak & Egg which is only R59 and for an extra R20 you get a lovely portion of their Golden Brown Slap Chips also.
So R79 for what you see in the pics!
Toast was perfect, onions and lettuce and tomatoes and the egg perfect!
The steak was soft in their BBQ Basting
They also have a whole range of other Toasties ranging from only R39!!!
Try them today for something different at Lunchtime!!!

I honestly cant believe I waited so long to visit this AWESOME Establishment in Durbanville Central!!!
The AMAZING Tollie's Pub and Grill and what an Great Experience getting their Thursday Night Steak Specials...
300 Grams only R119
But I went for the MONSTER 500grams which at only R219 at Medium Rare was Cooked to Perfection.
Steak was Jucy, Tender and I loved their House Basting cooked to a Perfect Medium Rare...
Amazing Basting and Great Atmosphere!
Will DEFINITELY Visit again.
It was also really great to see that EVERY Single Table was already Booked Out.

Saturday night was Pizza night at my Brother in Law place and we had a blast.
Making the dough and sorting our own Toppings and just having great Family Time!
What is the Foods and Meals that brings your family together over the weekends?

Where can we find these Southern Suburbs Legends made with that Real Masala & Malay Flavours?

Tonight we went as far as Wynberg to Aneesa's Foods Wynberg to get their Specialities!
The Masala Steak Gatsby & The Jumbo Vienna Parcel with all Spices.
Freshly made and this was a meal for about 6 of us and everything under R400
This was like a blast of flavors and culture that we only get in Cape Town
Where in the North can we get anything similar?
I await the Comments!!!

And at our Various Spars you simply get the BEST Value for Juicy, Meaty, Grilled Pork Loin Spare Ribs.
Today we tried My SPAR Uitzicht and we were VERY HAPPY!!!
AT ONLY R119 for a 500 grams I honestly dont think any of the Major BBQ Restaurants can match for Value and Taste.
I really love their Basting which you can also ask to add to the Chips!
To skip the line you can also do a Phone Order and ask to be put through to the Deli.

But after 1 year of Starting Netkos we still have struggled to find a Cape Malay style spot that especially on a Sunday Morning can serve up such Southern Suburbs treats like the Traditional Cape Malay Koesisters, Spicy Samoosas, Vienna Sausage Rolls and Home Styled Mince Pies like we got today in the Southern Suburbs from Lady D in Hyde Road.

This Meat Packed Steak Cheese & Jalapeño is a Firm Favorite!!!
Crispy Dough and Soft Juicy Meat with a lekker spicy kick is my Favorite.
They do an array of Pies and are Most known also for their Fresh Cut Biltong and Meats...
