Four years ago, Olive walked into our kitchen straight from Rwanda and prepared to take any job she could get, she started right at the bottom, cleaning the kitchen. Today, she is the heart of it.

She’s the woman behind the sauces you love, the flavours you come back for, and the quiet magic that happens before the plates reach you. What makes Olive special isn’t just her talent it’s her hunger to learn, her willingness to help, and the way she shows up for the team every single day.

She taught herself.
She asked questions.
She practised when no one was watching.

And then something beautiful happened, she didn’t just learn from professional chefs… she surpassed them. Her sauces became the standard.

The kitchen loves her.
The team trusts her.
And we are endlessly proud of her journey.
