How to stake your dwarfing apple tree 🍎🍏🍎🍏

24/10/2026

Supporting a dwarfing apple tree with a secure, thick tall stake is so important for this tree to be healthy and strong and produce heavily 🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎
When planting out, in the ground or a pot, plant the tree with a strong stake about 2,5 -3m in height, and 60cm into the ground(or as deep as the pot) and secure the central stem to the stake, every 50cm up, and as it grows, keep tying the main stem to the stake. You don’t want the top of the tree flopping over, and when there are a lot of apples, the tree will need additional support 🍏🍎🍏🍎
