Here is her Heartbreaking Story :
Help Us Bring Dewalt de B**r Home
My name is Maralize de B**r, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help during the most difficult time of our lives.
My husband, Andrias Dewalt de B**r, travelled from South Africa to Montana, USA, to work on a farm and try to create a better future for our family. He had only been there for one month when tragedy struck. On 9 June 2026, Dewalt unexpectedly passed away due to a heart attack.
Dewalt was a loving husband, devoted father, hardworking provider, and a man who always put his family first. He leaves behind his wife, Maralize, and his children who loved him dearly:
• André de B**r (20 years old)
• Mariska (12 years old)
• Mika (8 years old)
• Wian (6 years old)
His sudden passing has left our family heartbroken and facing challenges we never could have imagined.
Dewalt’s final wish was to be laid to rest in South Africa, surrounded by the family and community he loved so much. Unfortunately, the cost of bringing his body from the United States to South Africa is far beyond our financial means. His body is currently still at a mortuary in Montana.
At this stage, the only possible option may be cremation, but even this comes with costs that our family cannot afford. We are doing everything we can, but we simply do not have the financial means to bring him home or cover the expenses involved.
We humbly ask for any assistance, no matter how small the contribution may be. Every donation will help cover the costs of Dewalt’s final arrangements and bring him the dignified farewell he deserves.
If you are unable to contribute, we kindly ask that you share our story and keep our family in your prayers.
