1 ร— Kekkel en Kraai 1kg Frozen Chicken Soup Pack
2 tbsp oil or butter
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1.5L water
2 chicken stock cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

1๏ธโƒฃ In a large pot, sautรฉ onion and garlic until fragrant.
2๏ธโƒฃ Add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.

4๏ธโƒฃ Pour in water and add stock cubes.
5๏ธโƒฃ Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45โ€“60 minutes until the chicken is tender and flavourful.
