What if Mandela Day didn't end after 67 minutes?

This Mandela Day, we're inviting businesses to do something different.

Instead of making a once-off donation, become part of the Heartfelt Foods Bucket-a-Month Challenge and help fight hunger every month for the next year.

For just: 🟢 R850 per month – provide up to 1,200 meals over 12 months. 🟢 R1,600 per month – provide up to 2,400 meals over 12 months.

Your business can:
✅ Receive a Section 18A Tax Certificate
✅ Support schools, NGOs, feeding schemes and community kitchens
✅ Choose where your meals are donated, or let us identify a deserving beneficiary on your behalf

Mandela Day can be the spark.

Together, let's ignite the change... and keep the flame burning all year long.

If your business would like to become a Bucket-a-Month partner, we'd love to hear from you.

This Mandela Day, don't let the flame go out after 67 minutes.

A single day can ignite change, but monthly giving keeps it burning.

By committing to a small monthly contribution, you can help provide nutritious meals to vulnerable children, families and communities throughout the year.

Let's honour Madiba's legacy not with a moment, but with a movement.

🔥 Ignite the Change. Let it Burn All Year.

One day can make a difference. Twelve months can change lives.

This Mandela Day, we challenge businesses to go beyond 67 minutes and create a legacy of impact. Instead of a once-off project, commit to feeding vulnerable communities every month for the next 12 months.

A small monthly commitment can provide thousands of nutritious meals, bring dignity to people in need, and create lasting change where it matters most.

Don't just celebrate Mandela's legacy for a day. Live it all year.

A Bucket Full of Hope ❤️

Today we had the privilege of spending time with Mama Rosie, who leads the incredible work being done at Baphumelele children's home in Khayelitsha.

Thanks to the generosity of a caring donor, Baphumelele will be receiving 12 x 20-litre Heartfelt Foods Meal Buckets, helping to provide thousands of nutritious meals for children in their care.

Every bucket represents more than just food. It represents dignity, hope, and the knowledge that someone cares.

When we started this journey, our dream was simple: to make nutritious food accessible to those who need it most. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

To our donor – thank you for choosing to make a difference.

To Mama Rosie and her team – thank you for the love, dedication and tireless work you pour into your community every day.

Together, we are proving that when people come together with a shared purpose, hunger does not stand a chance.

Imagine if every business sponsored just one bucket a month.

One bucket can help provide meals to vulnerable children, struggling families, feeding schemes and community organisations. Now imagine what happens when dozens, hundreds or even thousands of businesses make that same commitment.

The Bucket-A-Month Challenge is built on a simple idea: small monthly contributions, multiplied by many caring people, can create a powerful and sustainable solution to hunger.

This is not about a once-off donation. It is about creating a reliable source of food for communities that need it every month of the year.

The buckets in this photo represent more than food. They represent hope, dignity, partnership and a commitment to making a lasting difference.

Who will be next to take up the challenge?

For as little as R850 per month, your business can help provide up to 1,200 meals a year while supporting a registered PBO and qualifying for a Section 18A tax certificate.

One bucket. One commitment. Thousands of lives impacted.

When it comes to fighting hunger, the goal is always the same: feed more people and make a lasting difference.

Traditional food parcels have helped millions of families over the years, but there may be a more effective way to stretch every donation even further.

A single Heartfelt Foods Meal Bucket can provide up to 200 nutritious meals, offering variety, convenience, reduced cooking time, lower fuel costs and meals that families can enjoy day after day.

Because food aid shouldn't just fill stomachs today — it should help create a stronger tomorrow.

❤️ 1 Bucket. Up to 200 Meals.

Mandela Day 2026 – Let's Create Lasting Impact

Mandela Day is the perfect opportunity to start a conversation that can change lives all year long.

For just R850 per month, a business can help provide up to 1,200 meals per year. For R1,600 per month, that impact grows to up to 2,400 meals per year.

Every donor receives a Section 18A tax certificate and can choose where their support is directed.

Let's make Mandela Day 2026 the start of a year-long legacy of giving and not just one day. ❤️
