We’re excited to welcome spring to La Vierge with a new menu that is vibrant, fresh and full of flavour, celebrating the ingredients and lighter days that come with the season.

It may only be here for a short while, but we look forward to seeing the joy around the table as you discover each dish, preferably with a glass of w**e in hand. 🍷
