We’re loving all the visitors popping into The Foodie Hub at 46 River Street – coming from far and wide to share in our passion for good food and community.

Our farmstyle deli and market shop is a proud collaboration between local food artisans who believe in “clean” food – celebrating traditional methods of production, preserving, pickling, and original recipes.

🌱 Vars geoesde Veldkool in Hopefield! 🌱

Dis weer daardie spesiale tyd van die jaar – net sowat 2 maande lank kan ons hierdie unieke Veldkool pluk en geniet! Ook bekend as die Weskus se wilde aspersies, is dit ’n ware plaaslike delikatesse wat net die fynproewers en foragers ken. ✨

👩‍🍳 Resep-idee:
Probeer jou veldkool vinnig soteer in olyfolie en knoffel, geur met ’n knypie sout en vars suurlemoensap – eenvoudig, maar ongelooflik smaaklik!
Jy kan dit ook by jou omelet, pasta of selfs ’n braaivleis-bordjie insluit vir daardie egte Weskus-geur.
