we’re all about easy foods over here, especially meals that don’t require me to spend forever in the kitchen 😂

we’re also dairy-free, so these are some of the easy meal combinations i love putting together for my little.

and can you tell that we LOVE a deconstructed burger? 🍔😂 there’s something about serving everything separately that makes toddler mealtimes so much easier!

spend a few days with us at Clinix Health Group 🏥❤️‍🩹

after our Lesotho trip, baby kept getting sick and we eventually ended up in hospital with bronchiolitis. It was definitely not the little winter adventure we had planned! 😭

a huge thank you to all the amazing staff at clinix for taking such good care of our baby. ❤️

lesotho roadtrip part 2 🇱🇸

this wasn’t a mountain adventure—just a quick trip to visit the in-laws. the first snowfall had already come and gone, so we missed the snow, but the freezing temperatures definitely stayed behind. it was bitterly cold, incredibly windy, and the ground was soaked, making everything slippery underfoot.

thankfully my balance sneakers came through—they had no problem handling the wet, uneven terrain. 🥾🌧️ sometimes the best road trips aren’t about ticking off tourist attractions but simply spending time with family and experiencing a different side of a place 🥹🤍

not our first road trip to lesotho, but it was baby's first one as a toddler. it wasn't as stressful as we thought it'd be, though my husband thinks we should fly with her next time instead. honestly the drive through free state is amazing, awesome scenery and the roads aren't as busy as the N1. baby just wanted to play in the car and drink milk but we managed the 5 hours
