🌿 Cozy Oat Breakfast Bars: The Evergreens Way 🌿

Warm, wholesome, and made from simple pantry ingredients 💚
These oat breakfast bars are the perfect grab-and-go snack or slow morning treat when you want something homemade and nourishing, made with love.

✨ Ingredients:

2 cups oats
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease an 8-inch square pan.
Mix oats, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Whisk milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Let sit for 20 minutes.
Pour into pan and bake for ±30 minutes until golden.
Cool, slice, and enjoy 💚
