🌸 Pasture & Plate is heading to the Hadeco Spring Festival! 🌿

How cool is it that our food truck will be serving delicious, farm-inspired food to over 2500 people?🍔🥗

For us, partnerships like this are about more than just an event. Agriculture is community 🌸 it’s food, flowers, farms, people, animals and the businesses that help bring it all together.

Today was a little reminder for how much our horses hold in their bodies.

Physiotherapy and bodywork can help release muscular tension, improve mobility, and support healthy movement. But for us, there is another layer too…

The release you see isn’t always just physical.
Horses are incredibly sensitive beings. We often see them soften, sigh, yawn, stretch and let go. Whether you call it nervous-system regulation, energetic release or simply the body finding its way back to balance, we believe there is something deeply healing about creating space for that release.

Holistic horsemanship is what matters to us most.

Meet our stable dog, Layla 🐶

We adopted our beautiful girl from a farm in Freestate, full of trauma & anxious as ever😒

She is soft natured and gentle, and only now learning to find her voice. So if you hear her bark, embrace her chats with you, she’s all about the chill!
We’ve loved her back to life, and now she’s such a joy to have around!

Protective & Active, her Weimeraner breed is known to herd animals and devout loyalty to their family 💕
