Peri-Peri Chicken (Full Chicken) :
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1/2 cup peri-peri sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the peri-peri sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Cut the chicken into 8 pieces (2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 2 breasts).
3. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
6. Grill the chicken for about 20-25 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred in places.
7. Serve hot with a side of your choice, such as grilled vegetables or rice.
Note: If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the chicken in the oven at 375F (190C) for 30-35 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
