Important Update from Food Sock Meals

Over the past few years, we’ve worked hard to keep Food Sock Meals affordable while continuing to improve quality. Like many businesses, we’ve faced rising costs across the board — ingredients, packaging, logistics, energy, staffing, and compliance — and we’ve absorbed these increases for as long as possible.

As a result, a price adjustment will take effect from 1 February 2026. (Please contact your local reseller to confirm their 2026 pricing)

We want to be transparent about this — and more importantly, we want you to know what you’re getting in return.

What’s new and improved:

✔ Brand-new fully printed packaging across all flavours — clearer, bolder, and more appealing
✔ Major flavour upgrades using a new flavour house, delivering richer, more natural, more satisfying meals
✔ Improved colour and presentation when meals are prepared
✔ Rice now supplied separately, allowing better texture, flexibility, and faster cooking
✔ Shorter cooking time when rice is prepared in the microwave while the sauce cooks on the stovetop
✔ Final stages of ISO 22000 food safety certification, ensuring strict quality and safety standards
✔ Independent reseller taste testing, with multiple meals rated “Top 10” and described as home-cooked, authentic, and top-tier

A quick heads-up:

Orders placed from the factory before 1 February 2026 will already be delivered in the new packaging, allowing customers to enjoy the visual upgrade immediately. From February onward, meals will feature both the new packaging and the upgraded flavour recipes.

OFFICIAL LAUNCH: NEW FOOD SOCK MEALS PACKAGING

After three years of focused development, refinement, and growth, we are proud to announce the launch of our new Food Sock Meals packaging across all 13 flavours.

From day one, our commitment has been clear:
to build a professional, trusted brand that not only delivers on quality and reliability, but also truly reflects the exceptional taste and variety of our meals. This new packaging is a major milestone in that journey—modern, bold, and aligned with where Food Sock Meals is going.

But this launch is about more than just a fresh new look.

Over the next four weeks, we will be rolling out a series of added improvements and benefits that come with this upgrade. One of the first is the separate packaging of rice, making preparation even easier and allowing for a more attractive, restaurant-style presentation when served on a plate.

This is just the beginning.

We frequently receive requests from NGOs, schools, feeding centres, and soup kitchens for donations to help feed their beneficiaries. As much as we would love to support everyone, it’s simply not sustainable for us to do so on an ongoing basis. This is exactly why we created the Heartfelt Foods range — our 10-litre and 20-litre buckets of dehydrated, complete meals designed specifically for large-scale feeding.

To ensure fairness and transparency, we want to commit to a regular donation schedule, based both on what we can contribute as a company and on the financial donations we receive from the public.

To help us do this fairly, we are opening public nominations for legitimate and deserving beneficiaries.

Once nominations are in, the public will be able to vote for the beneficiary they feel should receive the next donation. The organisation with the most votes receives the donation.
And to keep things equitable, any beneficiary who receives a donation will not be eligible again for at least six months.
