Only 4 people per class – each person will produce their own Basic French Loaf and a Ciabata Loaf,
learn all the basics of quantities, different flours, yeast,
use of the different ovens – from the AGA to gas and Electricity
A light lunch of rustic bread with Olives, Dips, Salad and Humus will be served under the Lapa
A Demonstration on making your own Yoghurt and Yoghurt Cheese will also take place
