Teamwork in motion at Maloney’s Eye Cherry Farm 🍒

Think this looks easy?
It’s not 😅

And if you thought we only grow cherries on the farm… think again.
We also blow up balloons and do slightly crazy things like this as a team.

Today’s group training with Anida Training brought our supervisors and management together in a hands-on exercise that went far beyond theory.

Through a simple (but surprisingly challenging) activity, the team was reminded that true success comes from moving as one.

Key takeaways from the session:
• Strong leadership is essential
• Pause, re-evaluate, and adapt when challenges arise
• Collaboration is everything
• Respect the rules and the process
• Trust the person ahead of you and behind you
• Pay attention to detail
• Move together, not apart

The team navigating the farm as one unit, balloons between us, proof that alignment, trust, and a little bit of laughter goes a long way.
