Saturday was harvesting time at .vabond HQ. We sliced and vacuum-packed some amazing looking air-cured bacon (pancetta) and air-cured loin (lonzino) as well as our Big Five five air-cured sausages. It's pay day week so get your orders in!

NEW BATCH OF VABOND MEATS READY FOR ORDER!

We may have been quiet for a while, but that's because we were busy behind the scenes - developing new packaging, upgrading our branding, having chats with stockists, and fine-tuning the curing chamber. We're also very excited to head out to our new workshop this weekend to whip up our next batch of VABOND charcuterie.
