🌿 A TASTE OF THE HERB FESTIVAL | CHEFS’ DEMOS 👩🍳
Last year, our Chefs’ Demos were a huge crowd-pleaser — and this year, we’re bringing the 'kitchen' back to the Joubert House Patio for three deliciously inspiring demonstrations!
From old-school food preservation to contemporary flavours and seasonal local cooking, come watch, learn, and taste your way through the weekend.
🐓 MARLÈ THERON | Hearth and Larder
🫙 The Art of Preserving Food
Marlè’s homesteading philosophy centres on sustainability, self-reliance, and traditional food preservation. She’ll showcase simple preservation techniques and heritage skills, inspiring you to fill your pantry with wholesome, homemade staples — whether you live in town or on a farm.

🍽️ SANEL ESTERHUYSE | 22 Church Street
