Think Pink - but not the way you think!

Pinot Gris - the pink grape we use to produce our WHITE wine.

At IL GECO our Pinot Gris grows on Stellenbosch Granite Soils. Whole bunch pressed = No skin contact. We intentionally make a white wine. Spontaneous Fermentation in older French oak builds structure without masking the fruit.
