We are deeply grateful that our Dahlia tubers were lifted before the devastating floods and heavy rains. As we carefully divide and store them for winter, our hearts are heavy for the farming families across the Gamtoos Valley who have suffered loss and hardship. We are thinking of you all during this incredibly difficult time and praying for strength, safety, and recovery in the days ahead

The final pick of the season is done, and our hearts are so full. We were deeply moved by the kindness and warmth of everyone who came out to help clear the dahlia fields—it meant more than we can truly put into words.
Thank you for showing up, for sharing your time and energy, and for being part of something so special with us. This day will stay with us for a long time. 🌸

I’ve taken a close look at the flower beds, and unfortunately we won’t be releasing any additional tickets for this weekend’s Pick Your Own event.
Our dahlia season has now come to an end, making this weekend our final session for the season. The dahlias truly put on a spectacular show this year, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came to enjoy them with us.
We’ll be opening bookings again in December 2026, and we can’t wait to welcome you back then.

Important notice:

Dahlias bloom from December through to the end of April. After that, the flowers die back and the exciting phase begins as we lift the tubers for storage. They are then replanted in September.
We’re now in the final stretch of our dahlia season. I’ll be monitoring the flower beds closely this week and may release additional tickets for 18 April. After next weekend, we’ll assess whether bookings can open for 25 April.
