Here's a simple cupcake recipe for you:

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

*Ingredients:*
- 750g (1.5 lb) chicken thighs, skin on, bone in, halved along bone
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) yoghurt, plain
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or other plain oil)
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (adjust spiciness to taste)
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp garam marsala
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp paprika, sweet / ordinary (not smoked)
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp salt
- 10 cloves
- 5 dried bay leaves
- 1 star anise
- 6 green cardamon pods
- 2 1/4 cups (450g) uncooked basmati rice
- 2 medium onions (yellow, brown), halved and finely sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) oil, for frying
- 1 tsp saffron threads (loosely packed)
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 cup coriander/cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60g) ghee or unsalted butter, melted
- Crispy onions
- Chopped coriander/cilantro
- Yoghurt

*Instructions:*
1. Mix marinade in a large pot (about 26cm / 11" diameter). Add chicken and coat well. Marinade 20 minutes to overnight.
2. Bring 3 litres / 3 quarts water to the boil, add salt and spices.
3. Add rice, bring back up to the boil then cook for 4 minutes, or until rice is just cooked still a bit firm in the middle.
4. Drain immediately. Set aside.
5. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Cook onion, in batches, for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Remove onto paper towel lined plate. Repeat with remaining onion.
7. Place pot with chicken in it onto a stove over medium heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
8. Remove lid. Cook for 5 minutes, turning chicken twice.
9. Remove from heat.
10. Turn chicken so skin side is down - it should cover most of the base of the pot.
11. Scatter over half the onion then half the coriander.
12. Top with all the rice. Gently pat down and flatten surface.
13. Drizzle saffron across rice surface in random pattern, then drizzle over ghee.
14. Place lid on. Return to stove over medium heat.

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust according to taste)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

*Instructions:*
*1. Preparing the Chicken:*
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Dredge each chicken wing in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Here is a creamy mac and cheese recipe ¹:

*Ingredients:*
- 1 lb. dried elbow pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups half and half
- 4 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese divided (measured after shredding)
- 2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese divided (measured after shredding)
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika

*Instructions:*
1. Preheat oven to 325 F and grease a 3-qt baking dish (9x13").
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
3. When boiling, add dried pasta and cook 1 minute less than the package directs for al dente.
4. Drain and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil to keep from sticking.
5. While water is coming up to a boil, shred cheeses and toss together to mix, then divide into three piles.
6. Approximately 3 cups for the sauce, 1 1/2 cups for the inner layer, and 1 1/2 cups for the topping.
7. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
8. Sprinkle in flour and whisk to combine.
9. Mixture will look like very wet sand.
10. Cook for approximately 1 minute, whisking often.
11. Slowly pour in about 2 cups or so of the half and half, while whisking constantly, until smooth.
12. Slowly pour in the remaining half and half and the whole milk, while whisking constantly, until combined and smooth.
13. Continue to heat over medium heat, whisking very often, until thickened to a very thick consistency.
14. It should almost be the consistency of a semi-thinned out condensed soup.
15. Remove from the heat and stir in spices and 1 1/2 cups of the cheeses, stirring to melt and combine.
16. Stir in another 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and stir until completely melted and smooth.
17. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained pasta with cheese sauce, stirring to combine fully.
18. Pour half of the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.
19. Top with 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheeses, then top that with the remaining pasta mixture.
20. Sprinkle the top with the last 1 1/2 cups of cheese
